美標(biāo)中螺紋的表示方法

在美標(biāo)中一般螺紋是這樣標(biāo)注 0.25 ? 20 UNF ? 2 A 以前又為 1/4 ? 20 UNF ?2A ① ② ③ ④ ①--公稱直徑（現(xiàn)在多以小數(shù)表明基本大徑，單位：inch） ②--每英寸牙數(shù)（即螺距） ③--螺紋系列代號 ④--螺紋等級代號 注： ①的數(shù)值小于1/4in的小直徑系列為公稱直徑代號，不是公稱直徑的英寸值，用0，1，2，3，4，5，6，8，10，12 十個號碼，來表明。 代號為0，1，2，3，4，5，6，8，10，12 的螺紋大徑（in）分別為： 0.060，0.073，0.086，0.099，0.112，0.125，0.138，0.164，0.190，0.216； 粗牙螺紋每英寸牙數(shù)分別為： ?，64，56，48，40，40，32，32，24，24； 細(xì)牙螺紋每英寸牙數(shù)分別為： 80，72，64，56，48，44，40，36，32，28。
